Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place.
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Yes. The promo ticket ticket price includes a glass of prosecco on arrival and half a bottle of wine per person with dinner.
Want to upgrade to a standard ticket? For an additional £30 you get 5 standard tokens, each redeemable for a beer, small glass of house wine or a soft drink.
Or why not go all-out with a premium ticket? For an additional £40 you get 5 tokens, each redeemable for a single spirit & mixer, glass of prosecco, a beer, small glass of house wine or a soft drink.
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However…It’s James Bond! He’s famous for sartorial elegance and most of our guests for this particular event love getting dressed up for it.
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 300.
There are 2 car parks just a few minutes walk from the hotel.
Castle Terrace is the larger car park, a 5-minute walk away. Grindlay Street Court is a small car park (16 spaces) and is 3 minutes away.
