For men, we’d recommend black tie — and for women… Well, the sky’s the limit. Feel free to bedazzle in soft and fluid gold or silver. Halter-necked tops are classic red carpet, and off-the-shoulder is glam too. Enjoy!

Yes, although depending on the venue, you may have the option to book a private dining room.
One thing to bear in mind… If you book a private dining room, you’ll miss out on the live music entertainment over dinner.
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in the ticket price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
But hey, it’s Hollywood! Most of our guests for this event love getting dressed up for it.
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and therefore incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number is 220.
All our hotels have disabled access.
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, every hotel venue has a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
