The Hollywood Casino Party in London is the most glamorous event of the year. You get the full red carpet treatment with sparkling fizz, glittering decor, casino tables, all-inclusive drinks, live music and all the entertainment you can handle.
Are you ready for your close up? Strike a pose, because fully-costumed Hollywood starlets will meet and greet you at the door. It’s the perfect photo opportunity.
If you want to leave the stretch limo at home, feel free. The Hollywood Casino Party is held at a central London hotel location with excellent transport links.
What to expect at the Hollywood Casino Christmas Party
As you make your film-star entrance on the red carpet, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco.
Get ready for your Instagrammable moment, because fully costumed Hollywood starlets are waiting to greet you.
The dining room doors open, and it’s pure Hollywood glamour. Low lighting, a fabulous live singer and classic movie theme decor that makes you feel like you’re at the Oscars.
Over a delicious 3-course Christmas dinner with all-inclusive drinks, our lounge singer performs timeless classics to heighten the Hollywood mood.
Dinner has been enjoyed, the all-inclusive drinks are flowing… and the entertainment has only just begun.
A live band is playing the most danceable tunes on the planet — and if you can resist the dance floor, the casino tables are open. Or why not visit the glitter bar where our professional face painters can add even more sparkle to your evening.

The dress code
There isn’t one. Having said that, many of our guests love dressing up for the Hollywood Christmas party. It’s a fantastic excuse to look your glamorous best.
For men, we’d recommend black tie — and for women… Well, the sky’s the limit. Feel free to bedazzle in soft and fluid gold or silver. Halter-necked tops are classic red carpet, and off-the-shoulder is glam too. Enjoy!

Premium ticket (Price TBC)
Unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 5 tokens, each redeemable for a glass of Prosecco or single spirits (with or without mixers).
You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30pm.

About the event
Is this a shared event?
Yes, although depending on the venue, you may have the option to book a private dining room.
One thing to bear in mind… If you book a private dining room, you’ll miss out on the live music entertainment over dinner.
If we choose to dine in the shared event space, will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in the ticket price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
But hey, it’s Hollywood! Most of our guests for this event love getting dressed up for it.
The menu
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and therefore incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
Booking and admin
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 020 7183 3821 or email [email protected]. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number is 220.
The Venue
Is there disabled access?
All our hotels have disabled access.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, every hotel venue has a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
