The Great Gatsby Christmas Party in Bristol is the perfect excuse to dress up and let your hair down. We take you back to the decadent, elegant world of the jazz age.
Grab that feather boa. It’s time to party like it’s 1922!
Expect flapper girls, Charleston dance moves, a 3-course dinner, unlimited drinks, red-hot rhythms, casino tables… and feathers. Did we mention feathers?
There’s no need for a Rolls Royce Phantom. The Great Gatsby party is in a prime location, the 4-star Delta Marriott in central Bristol.
What to expect at the Great Gatsby party in Bristol
Your evening kicks off with a red carpet welcome from fully-costumed flapper girls. They’ll welcome you to the party with a sparkling glass of fizz.
As you make your way into a gorgeously decorated Gatsby-themed ballroom, the bar opens for your all-inclusive drinks.
Over a delicious 3-course dinner, our live singer performs modern classics… with a 1920s twist.
Between courses, the flapper girls show off their Charleston dance moves. Here’s the full Gatsby girl (and boy) line-up performing on stage in London.

The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… and the entertainment has only just begun.
Our live party band takes to the stage, raising the tempo to dancing point with the best tunes from across the decades.

Or why not visit the glitter bar for some expertly applied face sparkle. And don’t forget the photo booth. You can visit as many times as you like to make some memories.

Great Gatsby Christmas Party Bristol Venue
The 4 star party venue is the Delta Marriott in central Bristol, just round the corner from Cabot Circus. It’s the perfect event space — centrally located, spacious and comfortable with a mix of contemporary and traditional.
The transport links are excellent. Bristol Temple Meads Station and the coach station are both nearby, and there are plenty of convenient bus stops.
Or why not kick back, relax and book an overnight stay. The Delta Marriott offers 300 bedrooms and a well-equipped gym.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30pm.
The dress code
There’s no dress code because we want you to relax and have a good time. However, this is a Great Gatsby party! What better excuse is there to dress up?
If you’re stuck for ideas, here are a few Gatsby-inspired suggestions:
For men:
Black tie is a good option, especially with a pocket square (folded handkerchief). Alternatively, a dark jacket with cream-coloured smart trousers and a straw boater. And how about a side parting?
For women:
We’re talking glamour and elegance. Fringed, beaded and sequined flapper dresses, long black gloves, jewelled and feathered headbands, long strings of pearls… and, of course, a feather boa.

About the event
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. It’s where the 3-course dinner is served, and all the live music and entertainment happens.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list, you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are included in your ticket price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
For an additional £25 you can upgrade to a premium ticket — 5 tokens, each redeemable for a glass of Prosecco or single spirits, with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
There is no dress code. However, a Great Gatsby party is a great excuse to dress up.
For men, black tie is always a good option. For extra authenticity, you can always try a side parting. It’s very 1920s.
For women — fringed, beaded and sequined flapper dresses, long black gloves, jewelled and feathered headbands, long strings of pearls… and don’t forget the feather boa.
The menu
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. It can’t be prepared at the hotel and comes via a separate caterer, so it incurs an additional cost. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
Booking and admin
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we’ll add to your booking —although please bear in mind, we cannot guarantee this.

What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 350.

Is there parking near the venue?
The NCP Broadmead car park is right next to the hotel, less than a minute’s walk away.

What about public transport?
Bristol Temple Meads Station and the coach station are both nearby, and there are plenty of bus stops.
Is there disabled access?
All our hotels have disabled access.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.

Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you. We’ve provided a link to the hotel website below.
