This is a magical midwinter experience — like walking through crisp, sparkling winter snow (only without the chilly temperatures and red nose).

The Ice Palace Party is an all-inclusive event. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included, so you won’t have to get your wallet out all evening.

What to expect at the Ice Palace Christmas Party

As you make a grand entrance on the VIP red carpet, you’ll be welcomed with a festive glass of Prosecco.

There’s plenty of time for photos before the doors open to a winter wonderland — a fairytale ice palace, sparkly twig trees and candelabras, giant icicles, snowflakes and twinkly lights.

A delicious 3-course Christmas dinner is served, and your all-inclusive package means that the drinks are flowing, the conversation is as sparkly as the decor… and the entertainment is about to begin!

The dance floor is open. A fantastic live band is playing some of the most danceable tunes on the planet. If you fancy a break from the dancing, try your luck with blackjack and roulette at the casino tables.

Our professional face painters are waiting at the glitter bar, ready to add some beautifully applied sparkle to your evening.

And don’t forget, you can visit the photo booth as many times as you like. Those photos will remind you of the best Christmas party decision you’ve ever made.

The dress code

There isn’t a dress code because we want you to relax and have a good time. Having said that, we love it when our guests dress up.

 

Prefer a private dining room?

If you’d prefer a private dining room, there’s a selection of rooms suitable for the size of your group.

They hold a minimum of 50 people and a maximum of 80 people.

About the event

Is this a shared event?

Yes, although you have the option to book a private dining room. Depending on availability, there is a selection of rooms suitable for the size of your group. The private dining rooms hold a minimum of 50 people, and a maximum of 80 people.

If we choose to dine in the shared event space, will we have our own table?

Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.

Are drinks included in the price?

Yes. You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, then from 8pm until 12.30am there’s unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.

Is there a dress code?

No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.

However…Most of our guests love getting dressed up for this event. We recommend formal attire with immense amounts of glamour, style and panache.

The menu

Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.

The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.

Booking and admin

How much is the deposit? And when is it due?

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £35 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.

Can I add additional guests later?

We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 3rd November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

If you want to add guests, contact us on 020 7183 3821 or email [email protected]. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.

What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this event is 200.

Is there an age requirement?

To comply with licensing laws, your guests will need to be over 18 years of age at the time of the event.

Is there disabled access?

All our hotels have disabled access.

Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?

Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.

Can I stay at the hotel?

Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you. We’ve provided a link for the hotel below:
