As you make your film-star entrance on the red carpet, you’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. Get yourself camera ready…

It’s your movie star moment! A vintage-style Hollywood paparazzi photographer is there to capture your full red carpet experience.

The dining room doors open, and it’s pure Hollywood glamour. Low lighting, glistening decor and a vintage movie vibe that makes you feel like you’re at the Oscars.

Over a delicious 3-course Christmas dinner, our lounge singer performs timeless classics to heighten the Hollywood mood.

Dinner has been enjoyed, the drinks are flowing… and the entertainment has only just begun.

A live band is playing the most danceable tunes on the planet — and if you can resist the dance floor, the casino tables are open. Or why not visit the glitter bar where our professional face painters can add even more sparkle to your evening.

And don’t forget to visit the photo booth. Those photos will remind you of the best Christmas party decision you’ve ever made.

The dress code

There isn’t one. Having said that, many of our guests love dressing up for the Hollywood Christmas party. It’s a fantastic excuse to look your glamorous best.

For men, we’d recommend black tie — and for women… Well, the sky’s the limit. Feel free to bedazzle in soft and fluid gold or silver. Halter-necked tops are classic red carpet, and off-the-shoulder is glam too. Enjoy!

Prefer a private dining room?

If you’d prefer a private dining room, there’s a selection of rooms available for larger groups. The private rooms hold a minimum of 130 people and a maximum of 170 people.

One thing to bear in mind… You’ll miss out on the live music entertainment over dinner.

About the event

Is this a shared event?

Yes, although you have the option to book a private dining room. Depending on availability, there is a selection of rooms suitable for larger groups.

  • A minimum of 130 people, maximum 170 people

One thing to bear in mind… If you book a private dining room, you’ll miss out on the live music entertainment over dinner.

If we choose to dine in the shared event space, will we have our own table?

Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.

Are drinks included in the price?

Yes. You’ll be given a glass of Prosecco as you arrive, and there are bottles of wine on every table — enough for half a bottle each.

The easiest option for extra drinks at the bar is to purchase any of the following ahead of the evening:

  • £40 + VAT — Unlimited beer, wine or soft drinks from 8pm until 12.30am
  • £18 + VAT — 3  standard tokens redeemable for beer, wine or soft drinks
  • £30 + VAT  — 5  standard tokens redeemable for beer, wine or soft drinks
  • £24 + VAT  — 3 premium tokens redeemable for spirits, beer, wine or soft drinks
  • £40 + VAT — 5 premium tokens redeemable for spirits, beer, wine or soft drinks

Is there a dress code?

No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.

But hey, it’s Hollywood! Most of our guests for this event love getting dressed up for it.

The menu

Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.

The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.

Booking and admin

How much is the deposit? And when is it due?

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £35 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.

Can I add additional guests later?

We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 3rd November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

If you want to add guests, contact us on 020 7183 3821 or email [email protected]. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.

What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this event varies. It’s either 170 or 220.

Is there an age requirement?

To comply with licensing laws, your guests will need to be over 18 years of age at the time of the event.

The venue

Is there parking at the venue?

There’s a car park a few minutes walk away from the hotel — Q-Park Marble Arch, Cumberland Gate, W2 2ET. There’s a 25% discount for guests attending any events at the hotel.

Is there disabled access?

All our hotels have disabled access.

Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?

Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.

Can I stay at the hotel?
