About the decoration and entertainment at our Motown tribute themed party nights
Decoration
Decoration – The central focal point to our Motown themed parties is usually a stage / dance floor decorated by giant, Motown themed props. Then to complete the room transformation, we’ll also bring in mood lighting and LED centrepieces. Our trusted suppliers include companies such as EPH Creative whose props regularly feature on the likes of BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing. Music
After dinner dancing with our live party band – Let’s face it, the live music is the main reason you’re considering this event and you’re certainly not going to leave disappointed. Our amazing tribute band will have everybody glued to the dance floor with their amazing covers of all your Motown favourites; think Jackson 5, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, The Temptations and The Four Seasons. The band will have your guests talking for weeks to come. As a minimum, the bands in our package are at least a five-piece line up. However, if you’ve got the budget then talk to us about adding extra musicians.
Entertainment
Casino tables – Blackjack and roulette tables are included in the ticket price and are a great way to compete against your friends and colleagues. The “gambling” is only for fun, with paper money and casino chips provided.
Photo booth – Your ticket price includes unlimited trips to the photo booth. Each visit includes double prints for guests to take home as a souvenir. A great opportunity to snap some photos of your in your Motown chic!
Glitter face painters – The perfect addition to the glitz and glam of a Motown night. Our face painters will be open after dinner with their sophisticated, sparkly designs. Glitter beard anyone?

About our Motown tribute party venues
We work with too many venues to list all of the details here right now. Instead, when you make an enquiry we’ll ask a few questions about your group (expected guest numbers, budget, purpose of event, location etc.) in order to come up with the very best package for you.
We only work with 4 & 5* hotel venues so that you know you’re going to get the highest quality possible. You’ll most likely know many of our brands; 4 star hotels such as Hilton, Marriott and Leonardo Royal as well as 5 star luxury venues like Four Seasons.
To keep things simple, we’ll quote a fixed price per head which will include the venue hire alongside the food, drinks, decoration, music and entertainment.
DRINKS
A glass of Prosecco is included on arrival.
Half bottle of wine per guest included in package
Drink tokens are available on request. Pre-order 3 tokens (house wine, beer or soft drinks) for £POA+VAT or 5 tokens for £POA+VAT.
A full cash bar is available throughout the night should you require any drinks outside of the standard package.
Jugs of iced water are provided on each table.

CATERING
Menus vary from venue-to-venue but our standard package price always includes a seated three course lunch or dinner.
We cater for all dietary requirements and these can be noted on the paperwork we send once you have booked. The only exception is kosher which requires specialist caterers – please contact us on 020 7183 3821 for more information.

TIMINGS
Our private events can be tailored to your needs. However, an example schedule for this event is as follows:
7.30pm – Guests arrive for Prosecco welcome drink
8.00pm – Dinner is served
10.00pm – Entertainment and dancing begin with live party band (approximate time)
12.00am – Live band finishes
12.30am – Background music finishes
01.00am – Carriages

DRESS CODE
We don’t enforce dress codes but we’d definitely encourage you to dress up in your finest Motown glam!
PAYMENT
