What to expect at the James Bond themed Christmas party
You’ll be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco as you make an entrance on the VIP red carpet. There’s plenty of time for photos before the dining room doors open to the iconic 007 theme tune.
While you’re served a delicious 3-course dinner and all-inclusive drinks, show off your Bond knowledge by matching the film to the famous theme songs as they play in the background.
The drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… and the entertainment has only just begun.

Video shows a 13-piece set-up. We’ll have a 6-piece band.
The dance floor is now open, and a live band is performing the most danceable tunes on the planet. If you can stop dancing, try your luck at 007-style casino tables, or get your face bling on at the glitter bar.
And don’t forget to visit the photo booth. Those photos will remind you of the best Christmas party choice you’ve ever made.

The dress code
There isn’t one. Having said that, a James Bond Christmas party is a fantastic excuse to dress up and look your suave, sophisticated best.
For men, we’d recommend black tie — and for women… Well, take your pick. Bond Girl bling, elegant ball gown or little black dress, Pussy Galore jumpsuit or sequins and sparkles. Enjoy!

About the event
Is this a shared event?
Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music and entertainment takes place after dinner.
Will we have our own table?
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Are drinks included in the price?
Yes. Unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are included in the ticket price.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
Is there a dress code?
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However…It’s James Bond! He’s famous for sartorial elegance and most of our guests for this particular event love getting dressed up for it.
The menu
Will the hotel cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
Booking and admin
How much is the deposit? And when is it due?
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
Can I add additional guests later?
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.
If you want to add guests, contact us on 020 7183 3821 or email [email protected]. We’ll let you straight away if there’s availability. If there’s enough space for additional guests, full payment will be required in order to secure the booking.
What’s the minimum and maximum number of guests I can book for?
The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number depends on the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, although charges may apply. The James Bond Christmas party is held in 4 city-centre locations — London, Manchester, Bristol and Edinburgh. We’ve given you the parking details for all 4 below:
- London, Leonardo Royal Hotel, Tower Bridge — On-street metre parking is available outside the hotel. The nearest car park is Tower Hill car park, 50 Lower Thames Street. Phone 020 7283 1501 for the latest parking charges. For more parking locations, visit Parkopedia.
- Manchester, The Mercure —There are numerous car parks nearby, including two NCP car parks — Major Street, and the Manchester Piccadilly Plaza at City Tower. To check locations and opening times, visit Parkopedia.
- Bristol, Delta Hotel by Marriot — The NCP Broadmead car park is next to the hotel, less than a minute’s walk away. For more parking locations, visit Parkopedia.
- Edinburgh, The Sheraton Grand — There are 2 car parks just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Castle Terrace is the larger car park, a 5-minute walk away. Grindlay Street Court is a small car park (16 spaces) and is 3 minutes away. For more parking locations, visit Parkopedia.
Is there disabled access?
All our hotels have disabled access.
Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
Can I stay at the hotel?
Yes, although you will need to arrange the booking. Unfortunately, we’re unable to do this for you. We’ve provided links to the websites of all four of the hotels below.
