Yes. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to tell us about the dietary requirements of your guests. Kosher is the only dietary requirement that is usually chargeable as it requires external caterers.
We’ll need a deposit to secure your booking — in general, 50% of the total hire fee. We’ll need a further 25% of the total hire fee no later than 100 days before the event. The balance will be due 42 days before your event.
We’ll keep you posted on when all payments are due, and the actual amounts.
Yes, provided your guest numbers don’t exceed the maximum allowed at the venue. The cut-off point for final numbers is usually about 3 weeks prior to the event.
Our venues are sumptuous 4- or 5-star hotels in cities across the UK. All are centrally located in the heart of each city, with excellent transport links.
Yes. All our venues have disabled access.
Yes, the cloakrooms are free.
If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
