You get a choice of two Christmas party packages — Standard or Plus. Both packages include a 3-course meal, glittering themed decor, professional entertainment, live music, dancing and all-inclusive drinks.
So, what’s the difference between Standard and Plus? It’s only the drinks which change.
This gets you a glass of Prosecco for all guests on arrival — plus unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks throughout the party.
You get a glass of Prosecco for all guests on arrival, unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks throughout the party — PLUS 6 drinks tokens for each guest. The tokens are redeemable for spirits (with or without mixers) or Prosecco.
Your all-inclusive party drinks will be the high-quality, premium brands you’d expect from a 4 or 5-star hotel. The brands themselves vary by venue, but you can rest assured that whether you choose wine, beer of spirits, they’ll taste fabulous.
How does it work? You’ll get a wristband. Just show it to the bar staff and they’ll spring into action.

Prefer the whole event space to yourselves? Our private Christmas party packages are perfect for large groups of 200 to 900 guests. The space is exclusively yours so you can have speeches, award ceremonies, Secret Santa or anything else you fancy.
Private parties are quoted individually, although they’re generally within the same price range as shared parties — £125+VAT to £175+VAT per person.
Again, everything from food and drinks to professional entertainment is included. What’s more, you get your own pre-event manager and an on-site event coordinator to make sure the party runs smoothly.
Fancy a daytime do? Private parties can be booked for the afternoon. Your guests can enjoy a memorable festive celebration and get home in time for Coronation Street.

To secure your booking for a shared party, we’ll need a non-refundable deposit of £55 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
With private parties, we quote individually depending on the number of guests and your requirements. Get in touch on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through how it works.
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes no later than 3 weeks before the event. Provided there is availability, we’ll additional guests add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

Shared party packages are perfect for groups of all sizes. The minimum number of guests is 8. The maximum for a shared party is around 450, but the exact number depends on the individual party venue.
Our private Christmas parties are great for larger groups. The minimum number of guests is 200, the maximum is 900 people.

Our Christmas party packages include a welcome drink, 3-course dinner, all-inclusive drinks, live entertainment, a spectacular theme and, generally, a live band or DJ. Each party varies slightly as to exactly what’s included, so take a look at the individual event pages for the details.
Yes – our shared parties are perfect for smaller groups. The minimum number of guests is 8. You’ll have your own table, enjoy all the entertainment, and still feel part of a big festive event.
No, the package price doesn’t include accommodation, but you’re welcome to book that separately with the hotel if you’d like to stay overnight.
Yes. All cloakrooms in our hotel venues are free. And, if you have larger luggage items, there’s also a free concierge service.
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and will incur an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
The only difference is the drinks. The venue, food and entertainment are exactly the same in both packages.
Absolutely. You’re welcome to drop into the hotel lobby or bar at any time to get a feel for the venue. If you’d like to view the event space itself, we can arrange a formal appointment.
Yes. All our hotels have disabled access.
Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
