We’ve got that covered. If you’re booking for at least 200 people, an all-inclusive private Christmas party is the perfect option. The whole event space is yours so you can have speeches, an award ceremony, secret Santa and anything else which takes your festive fancy.

What type of parties does West End Events offer?
Our parties are all-inclusive. You get a luxury hotel venue in central London, 3-course dinner, drinks, professional entertainment, dancing, a live band or DJ included in your ticket price.
No one has to take their wallet out all evening — and the Finance Director won’t faint at the bar bill because drinks are included.
We have a range of themed, all-inclusive shared Christmas parties — where you share the event space with other groups — and all-inclusive private Christmas parties, where you get the whole space to yourselves.
Do you offer Christmas parties for small teams?
Yes – our shared parties are perfect for smaller groups. The minimum number of guests is 8. You’ll have your own table, enjoy all the entertainment, and still feel part of a big festive event.
How do I book a private party?
