Manchester Christmas party pricing guide
Our shared Christmas parties in Manchester range from £105 (+VAT) to £175 (+VAT) per person, depending on the venue, package and date.
- £105 (+VAT) gets you our All-Inclusive Lite package at Gatsby’s Grand Soirée at The Mercure. It includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival, half a bottle of wine and unlimited soft drinks.
- At the top end, the All-Inclusive Plus package at our Sherlock Holmes Murder Mystery at The Edwardian costs £175 (+VAT). This includes a private dining room, a glass of Prosecco on arrival, unlimited beer, wine and soft drinks plus 6 drinks tokens redeemable for spirits or Prosecco.
Private parties are generally priced within this range but quoted individually, based on your group size and requirements.
When Do the Parties Happen?
Our shared party nights in Manchester run on three select dates in December 2025:
- Friday 5th December
- Friday 12th December
- Saturday 13th December
Private events are available from late November through to mid-December – and even into January for teams planning a belated celebration. These can be held as festive lunches or evening parties.

Can we book overnight accommodation for our team?
Yes – all our venues are full-service 4-star hotels with bedrooms available to book directly with the hotel. Many teams choose to stay over after the party.
Can we see the venue before booking?
Absolutely. You’re welcome to drop into the hotel lobby or bar at any time to get a feel for the venue. If you’d like to view the event space itself, we can arrange a formal appointment.
Do you offer Christmas parties for small teams?
Yes – our shared parties are perfect for smaller groups. The minimum number of guests is 8. You’ll have your own table, enjoy all the entertainment, and still feel part of a big festive event.
Is it possible to book a private party?
Definitely. Many of our hotel venues can be hired exclusively for larger groups of 200 – 500 people. Please contact us with your requirements.
Are meeting rooms available before the party?
Yes – some teams choose to combine the evening celebration with an afternoon meeting in the hotel’s business suites. These can be booked directly with the hotel.
