Our private Christmas parties are an all-inclusive, fully organised, gilt-edged experience for larger groups. This is an exclusive package where you get everything to yourselves — a luxurious city-centre venue, food, drinks, glittering decor, live music, dancing and entertainment.

It’s the perfect office get-together. You can have speeches, an award ceremony, secret Santa and anything else which takes your festive fancy.

Fancy a daytime celebration? No problem. Book your party for the afternoon and guests can get home in time to put the kids to bed.

You won’t have to worry about a thing. With our private Christmas party, you get your own pre-event planning manager. Plus, there will be an on-site event coordinator making sure the party runs smoothly.

What’s included in a private Christmas party?

All our private Christmas parties are themed. James Bond, Great Gatsby, Motown, a Masquerade Ball, Winter Wonderland… 

With fabulous decor, music and entertainment to match the theme, it’s a great excuse for dressing up.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel like a VIP. After a red carpet welcome with a glass of fizz, the ballroom doors open to a glittering, themed party space. You’ll find costumed entertainers, a live party band, a delicious 3-course dinner and (nearly always) unlimited drinks at the bar. 

Show off your best moves on the dance floor, or visit the casino tables. Professional croupiers hand out just-for-fun casino chips and share tips on how to play.

All our exclusive Christmas parties take place in luxury city-centre hotels. Each one is conveniently located, with excellent transport links, so there are no worries about getting there and back.

We choose our party venues carefully. Only the best make it onto the list. These are 4- and 5-star hotels with gorgeous event spaces perfectly designed for eating and drinking, live music and dancing.

Don’t fancy the journey home afterwards? Why not give yourself a Christmas treat and stay at the hotel.

We cater for all dietary requirements. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet so you can let us know about them.

STANDARD MENU:
  • Gravadlax of salmon with dill cream cheese, caper berries, rye toast.
  • Rolled breast of turkey wrapped in parma ham, apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, Brussels sprouts, roast turkey jus.
  • Salted caramel cheesecake, salted popcorn, chantilly cream.
VEGETARIAN / VEGAN MENU:
  • Roasted squash and fig salad with crispy onion and herb breadcrumb, apple cider dressing.
  • Beetroot Wellington, apricot stuffing, thyme and garlic roast potatoes, glazed root vegetables, chipolata, Brussels sprouts, vegetable jus.
  • Christmas pudding, redcurrants and brandy sauce.

About the event

What happens if I have fewer than 200 guests?

Our shared Christmas parties are an excellent alternative. You’ll need a minimum of just 8 guests. These events are just as much fun as private parties — and you’ll have your own table, no matter the size of your party group.

Private dining rooms are also available at some of our shared parties. They’re ideal for groups of between 15 and 90 people. The room is yours for the entire evening. After dinner, you can stay there and relax, or join the other guests in the shared party space for dancing and entertainment.

Bear in mind, private dining rooms are only available for certain events — and the guest numbers vary according to the venue — so do get in touch for more information.

Is there a maximum number of guests?

Yes, although the numbers vary according to the individual venue. To check the maximum number of guests we can accommodate, please feel free to get in touch.

Are drinks included in the price?

Yes. The only exceptions to this are parties in Edinburgh. Scottish licensing laws do not permit all-inclusive drinks.

In all other party locations, your ticket price includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks. At evening parties, all-inclusive drinks are served from 8pm until 12.30am. For daytime parties, they are served between 12.30pm and 5pm.

For an additional £25+VAT per person, you can purchase a spirit upgrade. Alongside unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks you get 5 tokens, each redeemable for a glass of Prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.

Is there a dress code?

For themed parties, there’s no dress code — but most of our guests love getting dressed up for the occasion.

Our Winter Wonderland Christmas party is a black tie event, although we’d describe it as ‘relaxed’ black tie. It’s for guidance only.

The menu

Is there an option for canapés, instead of a sit-down dinner?

Yes. Just ask when you book, and we’ll swap the 3-course dinner for a selection of mouthwatering canapés.

Do you cater for different dietary requirements?

Yes. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to tell us about the dietary requirements of your guests.

Also, please let us know if any guests require Kosher food. It’s prepared by a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.

Booking and admin

How much is the deposit? And when is it due?

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit when you book — 40% of the total hire fee. We’ll need 70% of the total hire fee no later than 100 days before the event. The balance will be due 42 days before your event.

We’ll keep you posted on when all payments are due, and the actual amounts.

Will I be able to add additional guests after the booking is made?

Yes, provided your guest numbers don’t exceed the maximum allowed at the venue.

The venue

Is there disabled access?

Yes. All our hotels have disabled access.

Is there a cloakroom? Will I be able to leave my suitcase there?

Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free.

If you have larger luggage items, there’s a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.

Can I stay at the hotel?

Yes, although we are unable to arrange this for you. To book a room, please contact the hotel directly.
