As you’re served a delicious 3-course dinner, our fabulous live singer entertains you with Motown classics, keeping things mellow while the all-inclusive drinks and the conversations flow.
Dinner has been enjoyed… and the evening has just begun. Our on-stage singer is joined by the full band, and this is your chance to shine on the dance floor. Once you’re on it, you’ll struggle to get off again.

Yes, the main party room is shared because it’s where all the music happens.
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Yes. Wine, beer and soft drinks are included in your ticket price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
Come in black tie, or dress up in full 60s or 70s Motown style. You can even bring an inflatable guitar if you like.
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel. It comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional cost. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this event is 300.

Yes, the cloakrooms at all our party locations are free. If you have larger luggage items, every hotel venue has a free concierge service. Leave your luggage with them and they’ll look after it securely while you’re at the event.
