While you’re served a delicious 3-course dinner and all-inclusive drinks, show off your Bond knowledge by matching the film to the famous theme songs as they play in the background.
The all-inclusive drinks are flowing, dinner has been enjoyed… and the entertainment has only just begun. It’s time for the live band.
When the music switches from cool Bond to the hottest grooves on the planet, everyone will be glued to the dance floor. If you can resist the music, try your luck at 007-style casino tables, or get your face bling on at the glitter bar.
And don’t forget to visit the photo booth. Those photos will remind you of the best Christmas party choice you’ve ever made.
The venue is as central as you can get in Manchester — The Mercure Hotel, right next to Piccadilly Gardens. It’s perfect for dancing. There’s a purpose-built ballroom complete with a gallery overlooking the dance floor.
Travel links are excellent too. Manchester Piccadilly Station is within easy walking distance, and the city’s trams stop right outside the hotel.

Yes, the main party room is shared. This is where dinner is served, and also where all the live music takes place after dinner.
Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.
Yes. Unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks are included in your ticket price. They’re served from 8pm until 12.30am.
If you’d like to upgrade, you can purchase 5 premium drinks tokens for £25 + VAT per person. Each token is redeemable for a glass of prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.
No. We want you to have a good time, so you can wear whatever you want.
However…It’s James Bond! He’s famous for sartorial elegance and most of our guests for this particular event love getting dressed up for it.
Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.
The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.
To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest at the time of booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.
We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number for this venue is 420.
There are numerous car parks close to the Mercure Hotel, including two NCP car parks — Major Street, and the Manchester Piccadilly Plaza at City Tower.
