Private Christmas Parties London

Our shared Christmas parties are an excellent alternative. You’ll need a minimum of just 8 guests. These events are just as much fun as private parties — and you’ll have your own table, no matter the size of your party group.

Private dining rooms are also available at some of our shared parties. They’re ideal for groups of between 15 and 90 people. The room is yours for the entire evening. After dinner, you can stay there and relax, or join the other guests in the shared party space for dancing and entertainment.

Yes. Private hire allows you to include company moments such as speeches or awards during the evening. These are usually scheduled after dinner before the party band and dancing begin.

Yes. Your All-Inclusive Standard ticket includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks.

You can also upgrade to All-Inclusive Plus.  This gives you unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks — plus 6 single spirits (with or without mixers), or glasses of Prosecco.

With both options, all-inclusive drinks are served for 4.5 hours (unless your booking summary shows otherwise).

Generally, yes. If you’re looking for a standing event please let us know before you book.

Yes. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to tell us about the dietary requirements of your guests.

Also, please let us know if any guests require Kosher food. It’s prepared by a separate caterer and incurs an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.

The events run on selected dates throughout December, but larger groups can often secure additional dates or private lunchtime events depending on venue availability.

December dates are very popular and many venues sell out early. We recommend enquiring as soon as possible if you are considering private hire.

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit when you book, the payment schedule would be:

We require a 50% deposit at the time of signing the contract.

We require an instalment payment (25%) 100 days before the event.

The remaining balance (25%) will be due 42 days (6 weeks) before the event.

We’ll keep you posted on when all payments are due, and the actual amounts.

Yes, provided your guest numbers don’t exceed the maximum allowed at the venue.
