Yes, although for some of our parties, you have the option to book a private dining room.

Yes, no matter the size of your guest list you’ll have your own tables. You won’t have to share the table with anyone outside your party group.

Yes. The only exceptions to this are our parties in Edinburgh, where the licensing laws do not permit all-inclusive drinks.

In all other party locations, your ticket price includes unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks from 8pm until 12.30am.

For an additional £25 you can purchase a premium ticket. You get 5 tokens, each redeemable for a glass of Prosecco or single spirits with or without mixers.

Our Winter Wonderland Christmas party is a black tie event, although we’d describe it as `relaxed’ black tie. It’s for guidance only.

For our themed parties, there’s no dress code — but most of our guests love getting dressed up for the occasion.

Yes they will. Once you’ve booked, we’ll send you a function sheet. Use this to let us know the names and dietary requirements of any guests. We’ll inform the chef so that each person is catered for appropriately.

The only exception to this is Kosher food. This cannot be prepared at the hotel, it comes via a separate caterer and will incur an additional charge. Call us on 020 7183 3821 and we’ll talk you through it.

To secure your booking, we’ll need a deposit of £45 + VAT per guest. The balance will be due 6 weeks (42 days) before the event.

We’ll be as flexible as possible. Please let us know about any changes before 1st November and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Provided there is availability, we can add to your booking — although please bear in mind, we can’t guarantee this.

The minimum is 8 people. The maximum number will depend on the venue for each party.
