About the venue

Enter the world of Sherlock Holmes for a murder mystery Christmas party at the fantastic DoubleTree by Hilton Tower of London. This 4 star venue is situated in a great location, only 5 minutes on foot from the Tower of London, Tower Bridge and The City. The hotel also has good transport links from both Tower Hill tube station and Fenchurch Street rail station. If you fancy meeting up for a cocktail before the event then we’d highly recommend Savage Garden, the hotel’s rooftop bar and outdoor terrace.

About our murder mystery Christmas party nights

Sherlock Holmes murder mystery – While you and your guests settle down to enjoy a delicious three course Christmas dinner, news of a murder comes through and the drama unfolds. The action is fast and furious so you’ll have to be on your toes to unravel the mystery and claim your prize as the best detective. These are interactive events with guests invited to examine clues, listen to live suspect testimonies and work in teams to uncover the murderer. 

Private dining rooms  – Due to the interactive nature of the murder mystery, your group will be allocated their own private dining room. This enables you to benefit from all the intimacy and privacy of your own space, whilst still gaining access to the amazing shared entertainment after dinner.

Group sizes  – We require a minimum of 15 people per group at this venue, of which,  8 to 12 will play the part of suspects. Any guests above this number need not be left out though as there are plenty of jobs for willing detectives; making notes during the suspect testimonies, examining clues and trying to uncover the murderer.

Format of the murder mystery – Ahead of your Christmas party, a number of your guests will be supplied with clues, secrets and motives which will see them suspected of committing the most horrendous of crimes (have you guessed what it is yet!?). Then, on the day in question, our detective will attend the venue to quiz the suspects. The plot will unfold as each guest discovers their part in the events that resulted in a murder, finally leading to the shocking revelation that one of them is a killer! 

About the after-dinner entertainment

As if the murder mystery wasn’t enough, we’ve packed this event full of extra entertainment, it’s Christmas after all! As well as your own private dining room, your tickets all allow shared access to the following:

Photo booth  – Your ticket price give unlimited access to the photo booth. Each visit includes double prints for guests to take home as a souvenir.

Casino tables – Blackjack and roulette tables are included in the ticket price and are a great way to compete against your colleagues. The “gambling” is only for fun, with paper money and casino chips provided.

Live party band and disco – Our superb live party band plays a variety of popular party hits from across the decades.
